Simplifying March & April travel affected by COVID-19
POSTPONEMENTS, CANCELLATIONS & NEW BOOKINGS
Globally, the impact of COVID-19 on the way of life and the ability to conduct business across most industries could not have been predicted just a few weeks ago. In challenging times like these we must not underestimate the collective power of working together and supporting each other. To support our travel partners, guests and the global travel industry as best we can, our booking terms and conditions have been revised (in the near term) as follows until further notice:
The Peech Hotel is open and continues to offer full accommodation, food and beverage services, with all necessary precautions and sanitations in place to ensure our team and guests remain safe.
New bookings (until further notice) will be “Fully Flexible” with cancellations allowed up to 24hrs notice before scheduled arrival date without penalty. (No shows will incur standard penalty charges).
Please note the following amendment to all existing bookings that have been impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic:
The Peech Hotel will extend and honour 2020 rates for all existing bookings when postponed/rebooked to any date before 31st May 2021. Please contact us directly via firstname.lastname@example.org to discuss rates applicable to group bookings (5+ rooms).
For cancellations of existing bookings, we will allow guests / agents to cancel up to 7 days before arrival date without incurring any penalty. Existing bookings for which we do not receive formal written cancellation (by email) will incur standard cancellation / no show charges.
