Having recently reached our 2 month milestone since opening earlier in 2025, we confidently toast the success of The Pot Luck Club Johanesburg’s relocation to its new home at The Peech.

Offering a small plate menu concept which features modern global dishes, many inspired by Luke’s time spent cooking in Asia, our plates are designed to be shared between two diners or around the table, offering a relaxed, fun and interactive dining experience.

At the helm in The Pot Luck Club’s Joburg kitchen is chef Ebie du Toit, who alongside Luke Dale-Roberts, has curated a menu that blends many of the most popular dishes from the Woodstock eatery’s signature menu with new dishes specifically tailored to the Joburg palate. Luke joins the team up in Joburg regularly, allowing time for collaboration and creating new dishes and specials as seasons change, and to add something new for loyal fans.

As an alternative venue to the main Pot Luck Club restaurant, patrons and hotel guests are welcome to dine within the Peech Hotel Garden Restaurant with outside patio area, a quieter space overlooking the hotel’s central gardens, and better suited to family dining with younger children.
