The annual World Luxury Hotel Awards are voted for by the public and are awarded to luxury properties across numerous different categories, presented on a global, continent, regional and country basis every year.  Luxury hotels are nominated by guests, travel agents and tour operators for consideration in the World Luxury Hotel Awards,  Feedback from guests about their experience at a property allows the awards body to evaluate the respective hotels in qualifying them for participation.

Held in Barcelona earlier this month, we received three awards, including ‘Best Luxury Design Boutique Hotel’ (Southern Africa), ‘Best Luxury Sustainable Hotel’ (Southern Africa), and ‘Best Luxury Urban Hotel’ (Southern Africa).
